I can guarantee anyone they can achieve the same as the people shown; if they only start the journey and allow me to help them. Weight lose is not only a physical transformation but a mental one as well. The goal at BEN-E-FITT is to help you achieve both long term weight lose as well as the will power and peace of mind to be able to sustain it.
For those whom say they can’t lose weight I would beg to differ. Here is a young girl who has been able to shed 50kgs.
In the beginning (and we still laugh about it) Tee couldn’t even jog 30 seconds. We just recently finished a ½ marathon in 2 ½ hrs.
The transformation not only physically but mentally has been something truly inspirational to watch.
Jessie in the beginning couldn’t run 100m now she runs ½ marathons , has completed a Tough Mudder and several other such type events, she has lost over 20kgs. I can’t wait to see what her next challenge is.
Outdoor Group Training
To many times I see group training session with 20 odd participants and only one trainer; at BEN-E-FITT we keep our classes to a maximum of 10 -14 per group / per trainer. Our idea is ensuring smaller groups give the client a feel of a one on one session without the cost. Smaller groups means the trainers can focus on ensuring correct techniques & safety whilst enhancing maximum fun. The Key Ingredient is variety and that keeps our clients coming back.
